Sunscreen:

This is probably the most important product in your cosmetic bag!

A foundation or moisturiser with at least SPF 15 will provide light protection for everyday activities - travelling to and from work, sitting in the office, grocery shopping, etc. For added benefits, look for products that contain anti-inflammatory antioxidants such as alpha lipoic acid to help protect skin from damage-causing free radicals and vitamin C ester to minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

15 minutes of sun a day is recommended for Vitamin D production, but avoid lying and baking in the sun as UV radiation is the main environmental factor that causes human skin ageing. Melanocytes (melanin-producing cells) begin to burn out when you reach your late thirties and forties, thus making it more difficult for your skin to fight sun damage, which can result in uneven pigmentation.

And even though winter is approaching - it's no excuse not to wear sunscreen everyday.

Vitamin C Energising Face Spritz:

A quick and easy "pick me up" for tired and stressed skin.

Vitamin C is a naturally powerful antioxidant that helps protect the skin against damaging environmental elements, such as the sun, pollution and cigarette smoke. This vitamin C face spritz helps neutralise free radicals (destructive molecules that attack cells and harm the skin).
